Every visit to the Pittsburgh Area is incomplete without savoring the unforgettable wings at Plaza Lounge, making it a favorite spot whenever I'm in town.

I have eaten wings all over the USA including The Anchor Bar in Buffalo New York where the"Buffalo Wings" name originated. Decent wing there but far from the best. I live in Calif. now and have a favorite wing near by. Pretty dam good, but my visits to the Pittsburgh area always includes a couple stops at the Plaza on the Pike. The best dam wing I have ever eaten. By the way, I was born and raised in Chalfant, down on West street just below the Plaza Lounge.

Haven't been the the Plaza for years. My husband talked my into having lunch there last week. Food is delicious. Atmosphere relaxing, If you like home cooked food, this is the place to go. we had a lunch special. The cod was deicious, I ordered macaroni salad as one of my sides...reminded me of my Mom's. Try it for lunch one day, I will gauarantee that you will be back. By the way, the prices are reasonable. I'd pay more for fast food and not get the quality.
