The understated awards on the wall accurately reflect the exceptional quality found here, where gluten-free and allergen-free options are crafted with great care, resulting in outstanding flavor and texture. The menu changes regularly, featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients-many grown by the chef himself-and offers a variety of vegan and gluten-free dishes, from savory meals like baked salmon with pomegranate sauce to delectable desserts such as salted caramel tarts and moist celebration cakes. Although the interior is small and seating limited, the combination of fresh roasted coffee, thoughtfully prepared food, and unique homemade products makes this culinary experience well worth the trip.

The awards on the wall here are humble and accurate. The cakes, cookies, and lunch were all absolutely fantastic. We're definitely planning another trip, even if it's a 2-hour drive. Gluten-free here doesn't mean compromising on texture or flavor; it means every product is made with love and dedication.

If you are GF this is a small wonderland. They have a few seating inside and weather permitting outside seating in the garden, very nice! The menu changes every week and is fantastic. They roast their own coffee, make their own mozzarella and all the pastries and lunches are made from scratch. I cannot say enough about this small but wonderful place and not far from the Pittsburgh airport! A must try!

If you are Gluten Free this is the place, by far the best GF I have found in the Pittsburgh area!!! They have more Gf items then most supermarkets.
