Lulu's in Oakland has been a favorite dining spot of mine for years. The food is consistently good and reasonably priced, with generous portions that leave you satisfied. Despite some changes in menu size and service, the delicious pan-fried noodles and friendly staff make it a must-visit for a tasty meal in Pittsburgh.
