We recently had The Flame cater a large indoor event, ordering $1000 worth of food. The pulled-pork with their homemade BBQ sauce was the standout dish, while their sides like greens, pierogies, and baked beans were delicious. However, I would suggest avoiding their hamburgers and hotdogs, as they seemed to lack the grilled flavor I expected. Instead, opt for their shredded meats, ribs, or brisket for a more satisfying meal.
