can't be bothered to answer the phone!

Horrible. My second time going to lugis, I decided to order a large plain pizza mid day on Thursday. The pizza took 40 minutes to get to me. Then the delivery woman was about 100 years old had a horrible attitude. I called the lugis to inform about the unprofessionalism which was probably not taking seriously. Then Unger pizza looked like it want completely cooked and the crust was super soft as if it want in the oven long enough.will never go there again

Great food. I eat there every Saturday. The owner always greets you with a hello and smile. The waitress, Chrissy is amazing and gives her customers exceptional service. A really nice place to eat located in the heart of Bellevue.
