Cubans have made a triumphant return to 48th and Division! The vibrant yellow truck still offers tantalizing Middle Eastern fare, but now the Havana crew has introduced a selection of scrumptious sandwiches and stuffed pancakes for breakfast at the cozy counter in the back. The tough decision between the classic Cuban or Leroy's Pulled Pork Po Boy awaits, beckoning me to savor every delicious bite in the charming covered dining area. The inviting ambiance exudes a comforting East Coast or Southern rustic charm that resonates with my Florida roots, making Havana Cafe a must-visit gem for Cuban food enthusiasts in PDX.
