About 15 years ago, I purchased a wood burning fireplace from Hot Spot and was completely satisfied with the product. Last year, I noticed the brick panels were cracking after more than 100 fires annually. Despite the challenge of finding exact replacement panels, Hot Spot went above and beyond to locate and install them, showcasing their exceptional customer service.
My experience with Hot Spot Fireplace was a game-changer. When my Jotul gas fireplace stove needed repairs, the initial repair estimate was sky-high. Hot Spot not only offered a more reasonable price for the necessary parts but also provided impeccable service through Eric W Wright Fireplace & Hearth. The repair was done efficiently, the firebox was repainted at no extra cost, and now my fireplace looks and functions better than ever. I'm more than satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend their services.
