The Fix serves an array of empanadas, from traditional to creative variations, and I tried the El Jefe, a savory beef empanada with chimichurri that perfectly balanced sweetness and tartness. The crusts were flaky and golden brown, and while I also noticed the appealing Bird of Fire and Lambada offerings, I'll save them for my next visit.
