At the food truck court, I opted for Hawaiian cuisine and settled on the BBQ plate with macaroni salad and slaw, along with a side of rice. While the BBQ was satisfactory, the standout dishes were definitely the macaroni salad and slaw - they were absolutely incredible! The flavors were exceptional and left me wanting to return for more.
