Our order never showed! After an hour and a half of waiting around, after receiving notification that our order was being prepared, I attempted to call the restaurant only to find out that the voicemail box was full. Thankfully we ordered through GrubHub and they were quick to refund us. Do NOT order from this company, we never will again.

John from Mauna Kea called today and apologized for what happened. Apparently he notified GrubHub that he was closing earlier and they did not update their site. He offered to deliver our order any time we wanted free of charge. I am impressed with his commitment to customer service and making this right. Thank you!
