Top Reviews of Elmer's Restaurant

If I had read the only other review, we would have avoided a really great restaurant. The manager greeted us at the door and seated us. Excellent food, fine service. We are not affiliated in any way with Elmers.

I have visited this Elmer's twice in the past two months. Once for dinner in May. My friend had a Patty Melt, which had rotten meat on it. I had a burger as well, mine was fine. I tasted both and hers was definitely turning rotten. Her burger was replaced. The next meal I had here was breakfast about a week ago. Same friend and I went. We had omelets with fruit. The fruit was one small piece of watermelon and grapes. The grapes were off the stem and rotten, moldy and some were moldy with black spots (not just a couple of grapes, most of them). The manager brought us another couple of bunches on the stem, but they too after inspection were molding. Neither visit was it a busy place, perhaps only 4 tables of people, so they have plenty of time to look over food before they serve it. Makes me wonder, since this was only two visits with two months ... what's going on during the rest of the time. How many other people are getting bad food?
