On 01/05 About 6:40 I was at the drive thru window and watched as the clerk refused to help a patraon. He then had them sit there and did not come back over to the window. He then stated I needed to come into the store to order my food. At the same time he simply turned off ALL the lights in the parking lot. This was a safety hazarod to me. I was told, once inside, those people in that car are trouble makers. I left my name and number with the people in the car because this was a real demostration to me that I will not go back to your store and I will tell everyone I know about the terrible customer service person you have working for you. I will be back in to talk to a manager and find out the person name. I will also let them us me as a witness if this goes to court.
