The food is tasty, and the service is even better. We’ve been enjoying the experience for years. They know all 3 generations of our family and always have a little treat for our kids. They are patient with our small children and genuinely delight in them.

I lived in Vietnam for quite some time, coming back to the US it has been hard to find a Vietnamese restaurant that makes their pho the way its made in Vietnam, many restaurants cater to western taste buds which can't handle much spice and are maybe to accustom to sweet foods or overly salty foods which don't balance flavor very well.
Pho Huy does very well with keeping their pho broth traditional and flavorful while not to flavorful so you can somewhat customize your pho to be spot on with what you like.
The owners are very kind and sociable which many people may not like in a dining experience but if you want to experience more of Vietnam then expect to have people take a little more interest in you then just how's your food taste, they are however not rude and have work to do of course.
This is my favorite Pho spot out of all I've been to in the Portland metro area.

I love this place. Family ownedand excellent food. I usually get the special noodle bowl without peanuts as I am allergic and they always make sure that I never get peanuts. They always remember me and the people that I bring in and are always friendly. Though small, I always know that the place will be clean and the food will be fresh and deliscious at a great price. By far the best Pho in the area if not in all of Portland.

This is my first time to this restaurant, I had order Bun Bo Hue a very common vietnamese noodle soup, there is only a few slice of Beef and Pork, The pork is dry and taste old and there is also no Pork Blood and Pig Feet, Disc is small and the soup is a lot MSG in it, the price is high. will not go again.
