We came to Allan's last weekend as part of a large group. My sister in law wanted to celebrate her birthday, and she chose Allan's. We had never tried it before but she said it was her favorite, and she definitely was right. Excellent food, the service was great, and the music made me want to dance salsa like there was no tomorrow.
We will be back!

I took my wife here last weekend for her birthday because we heard good things about the place, and I have to admit, every single imaginable thing about our experience while eating here was top notch. The best mexican food I have tried PERIOD.
That and great service, good music, and a nice staff, I am DEFINITELY coming back. I definitely recommend this amazing restaurant to everyone.

I can not believe I did not try this place before! They are right in my neighborhood too! I went to get some take out and it was so good for lunch, that I decided to take my family back for dinner. Win-win situation by the way, I didn't cook and we all loved it!
Definitely recommend this place to anyone, even gluten-free people like my daughters!

Great little restaurant over in rock creek.
Definitely reminds me of my food in southern cali, the fish tacos are deee-li-cious.
Actually (maybe a little better than Cali).
Went there last night and had the enchiladas verdes...they were so good!

Allan's is fantastic. Everything on the menu is to die for and the salsa is delicious also.
I absolutely love everything I ever tried there, I only have a few things left to try, but I am sure they will blow my tastebuds away.
The cocktails are also very good.

I have found me a jewel in Portland for some very, very tasty Mexican Food. I was hesitant at first, but man, I am very glad I gave them a try. The family and I go every Sunday!

Absolutely the best Mex that I have had in a long time, and considering I have lived in Texas and New Mexico, I place this in the top of Portland for Mexican. Plus, they have great service!

All their burritos are very big, even the breakfast burrito. If you're a chili head, the smoked chipotle hot sauce in the red container is awesome. I started buying to-go samples to use at home on just about everything (eggs, chips, water, ice cream..kidding!). Besides the food and hot sauce, they're locally owned! Enjoy!

its little, but they have delicious food and great service!
i recommend the milanesa plate, the chihuahua salad, or the camarones (shrimp) plate
i go there atleast twice a week sometimes more
