Since moving to Portland from Philly, finding a decent Vietnamese spot has been a mission. We tried one in Biddeford that was a letdown, followed by a Westbrook joint that fell short. But Thanh Thanh 2 turned out to be a pleasant surprise, serving up fresh and delicious dishes with great customer service.
