I was a Jersey Mike's fan, several times per month until 1/1/23 when I got the most pathetic sandwich of all time. More than a fourth of a17$ giant was barren even after I asked the girl to correct it she told me it had cheese. Speaking to the manager today she told me it was the new owners fault because staff had been directed to not waste food. I told her that I wasn't advocating for food waste I just wanted a decent sandwich. She said so staff were taking the owners directive to far but it is the owners fault. It's sad to see the quality of service and product take such a dive.
