I just wanted to take min to write a quick review of my experience at tacobell in Epping NH on May 17 around 1:30pm. I have never in my entire life had such positive and day brightening experience at any restaurant, as I did this day at tacobell in Epping NH. I literally don't even honestly know what to say. The staff was incredible. They took you order quickly and then throughout your entire stay would keep checking in with you to see if there was anything you needed, any way they could assist you or even just to ask how things were going. The employee who was working at the front counter, Tim was literally brightening the day of every customer that walked through the door. I heard at least 5 customers sitting down and saying things about him being "a breath of fresh air", "an absolute pleasure", " welcoming", " the reason they would come back to the restaurant". This man Tim had customers laughing, smiling, engaging with eachother while at the same time doing his job a an above and beyond fashion in mine as well as other customers opinions. There was also another man there and I didn't happen to catch his name but he was also working towards the front counter. I didn't happen to hear his name but he had short, black hair. He was also quick to help out in any way he could and at the same time seemed like he was running around assisting his fellow coworkers, trying to make their jobs a little bit easier for them. The whole time both guys had nothing but smiles on their faces and they were completely uplifting to every customer that walked in the door. Normally I don't take time to sit down and write these reviews but after eating at this restaurant and hearing all the customers talk the way they did about the restaurant and every employee that was working there, I felt like I had to let management and others know how amazing my experience was and even though the food was amazing the reason for my review was strictly 100% the employees at this restaurant. I think I not only speak for myself when I say I would absolutely see myself going back to this restaurant any day due to the positive visit I had this day. Thank you Tim and all other employees for showing me a great visit while I was there and making my day a little bit my positive.
