Pansy -ss whining staff! Half an hour before close you could hear them swearing and yelling in the kitchen that they had customers. Entire bar was rather dirty although only one of 10 seats was occupied. A little class, a little respect for themselves and for the customers would be great. Best chain "food" restaurant in area for sure, although you could do much better with customer service at almost any local restaurant! Just very sad modern-day example of the quality of help available.

Feb 17 at about 9:30 pm I was directed to my table; after a wait of about 10 minutes; the waitress came and took my order for hamburger and fries; the food arrived punctually enough but the server never came back and asked how my dinner turned out; I have been patronizing Longhorn on Gosling Road since 2013 and this is the first time the waitress never asked for feedback about the food quality; I believe I tipped a bit lower than my usual 20% Just some observations Gerald B,
