04/10/2013 - Upset Customer!
Today is April 10th 2013, my Mother's birthday. If it wasn't for the fact of my mother wanting West Indian (Jamaican) food for her special day, I would have walked out and left the food right where it was. This was my gnawing thought for course of action as a result of the service I received at this restaurant. I'm not use to receiving such piss poor service. First, I ordered the food an hour in advance for it would be ready by the time I picked it up. Plenty of time, one would think. Of course the food was not ready. I figured, a few minutes of wait time never harmed nobody. But then the cashier finally has my food ready to be bagged when she chooses to start talking to a customer who walked in after me concerning her food order; while completely disregarding the fact she had started bagging my food. Now I'm being attacked with blatant disrespect! Basically, the cashier pushed me to the back burner to deal with another customer who had just walked in after me in which by the conversation, the two knew one another (probably friends or a regular customer). Third, because the cashier chose to not value me as a customer, I overheard the other customer clarify to the cashier, she had her order of food wrong. Now I'm thinking, poor service. Last, I helped the cashier to open the bag to place my food in it, for she was having trouble, only to find out the cashier was bagging the other customers food to place inside it. More than enough to add insult to injury.

I will NEVER support or buy from this restaurant again!
