Absolutely heavenly! You must grab a big bag of the freshest curds available. It's just fantastic, I only wish there were more places like this outside of Quebec. If you find yourself near Quebec City or Sherbrooke, make sure to swing by this amazing spot for some truly delicious cheese and sauce. A must-visit for cheese lovers!
