After a long day hiking the Loop Trail at Jacques Cartier N.P., I found myself starving and discovered the Flashburger, which quickly became one of my all-time favorite burgers. The combination of two patties, cheese curds, bacon, and onion rings on a large bun was incredible, and the friendly service made the experience even better, especially with the delicious poutine and a sweet little dessert cup that came with every order.
