The local cuisine here is simply divine, always prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients that truly shine. Each dish I savored was a delightful surprise, bursting with amazing flavors. Don't underestimate the portion sizes - the 3-course menu is more than satisfying, especially when paired with their expertly chosen wines. If you appreciate fantastic food and find yourself in Charlevoix, this is definitely the place to indulge in a remarkable dining experience.
