The chimi truck offers great food options, including platters for around $10, that you won't find at typical Dominican restaurants. Be sure to arrive before 5am, as they tend to run out of ingredients later in the night. Despite the busy atmosphere and potential wait time of 15+ minutes, the fresh and delicious food, like the grilled chicken cutlet with rice, tostones, and salad, makes it worth it.
