Barzola on Broadway in Astoria is a great spot for trying out delicious Equadorian dishes. The long-cooked hen I ordered for takeout was really tasty and the restaurant seemed to be following all the safety protocols very well. The ambiance was nice and family-friendly, and the traditional dishes like Bolon de verde mixto were a hit. The service was a bit slow but the food was worth the wait. Public transport is recommended for ease of access, as parking can be a challenge.
