We ordered food at Phalwan Restaurant & Grill recently. We found a DEAD COCKROACH in one of the dishes (in the Chicken Biryani). The meat smelt extremely stale in another dish (Haleem). I requested to speak to the manager. I explained the situation to him. All he had to say was a very blunt "we're sorry - would you like us to replace your order?" I obviously refused.

I then spoke to a few friends and they mentioned that they have noticed hygiene issues as well at Phalwan Restaurant. We are perplexed by this entire episode and would strongly suggest that you do not visit this place, unless you like dead bugs and who knows what else in your food!
