The cocktails at Foundation are expertly crafted, with unique twists on classics and a laid-back, intimate atmosphere enhanced by knowledgeable and friendly bartenders who engage thoughtfully about their drink-making process. Although the basement setting feels a bit cramped and dimly lit, the quality of the drinks, including an outstanding Old Fashioned and a smooth Whiskey Sour with egg white, along with attentive service, made for a thoroughly enjoyable experience that I look forward to repeating.

Wow! The Old Fashioned at Foundation was incredible, especially with the added egg white in the Whiskey Sour. The house-made Cola was a must-try as well. The expert bartender on a busy Thursday night made the experience even more enjoyable. I had been wanting to visit Foundation for years and finally had the chance, and it did not disappoint.
