Fiesta Mexicana Cary was the first restaurant opened by the owners of Fiesta Mexicana restaurant is located in the Swift Creek Shopping Center off of Tryon Road in Cary and is managed by Mr. Ramiro. Its official address is Raleigh but make no mistake that this restaurant resides in Cary. Mr. Ramiro’s attention to detail, cleanliness, and food quality makes this an above-average restaurant.

Love the service and food here! Been a regular for about a decade. Friendly staff, tasty eats, and the top shelf margarita is a must-try. The traditional vibe is a refreshing change from other places. Clean, friendly, great food - what more could you ask for?
