It pains me to write this because Eric always provides quality food and customer service. My experience today has never happened to me while at Z' marks.
Today, the teenage girl that was to take orders finished helping the teenage boy with placing the lids on completed food. She never acknowledged me as I entered or as I stood in front of her ready to order. I was visibly upset with the lack of customer service. She, the teenage boy and a male cook smiled and laughed at my disgust.

If you like good food and like to be treated like crap, this is the place for you!
