During a road trip through Redding, I indulged in a chimichanga that was bursting with authentic, fresh flavors, complemented perfectly by a generous selection of hot sauces and pickled peppers. The quick, polite service and handmade tortillas, salsas, and sides made every bite memorable, especially the outstanding huevos rancheros and carnitas tacos, ensuring I'll return whenever I'm nearby.
