Moxie's is a great little local hangout bar, and they still allow smoking. The restaurant is separated from the bar by a wall. Diners can, thus, enjoy their dinner in smoke free environment, while the patrons at the bar can have a smoke with their drink as they feed the, ever-hungry, video poker machines. The menu has a wide variety of choices that should please just about everybody. Selections range from bar food types of appetizers, to burgers, to mexican fare and even some more "fine dining" type choices including Shrimp Scampi, Chicken piccata (my favorite) and several salmon dishes. Daily specials include tacos on Mondays as well as a rotation of Prime Rib, Chicken Parmesan, Ribs, and other favorites.

Servers are friendly and usually quite attentive, however, this place can get busy and when it does, the service inevitably slows.

The main attraction of Moxies for me is its proximity to my home. It's a great place to stop in for a beer and a couple of laughs on the way home from work.
