We've traveled to Thailand multiple times and love authentic Thai food! We have eaten a lot of Thai food here here in the US as well and find that often times the noodles are reconstituted from dried noodles. Not here! They're the authentic, fresh wide Thai noodles. We ordered Phad Kee Mao with veggies tonight at Thai's Best and it was truly excellent! Slightly smoky and pan-fried, 100% authentic taste! Superb! Thank you!
