At Scales and Shells, we encountered a 90-minute wait, so the hostess directed us to "Upscales" upstairs, where we were seated right away. Our meal included shrimp cocktails, grilled salmon, homemade potato salad, and shrimp scampi, all of which were delicious, and the attentive service contributed to a pleasant experience that we look forward to repeating.
