Recently had the pleasure of dining at the hotel restaurant called One Bellevue during my stay at the Viking Hotel. The meals we enjoyed, from a delicious shrimp cocktail to a flavorful parmigiana cheese cake, left us completely satisfied. The attentive servers and the overall dining experience made our time there truly enjoyable. I look forward to returning and experiencing more of what this restaurant has to offer.
