The customer service is decent (unless you complain about anything. Then we will call you names, cut you off, and tell you to go somewhere else).

I enjoy treating my large family to pizza from a local independent restaurant every Friday night. Ordering online and picking it up is convenient, and the food is always ready on time and hot. Supporting local businesses, especially during these challenging times, is important to me.

The only reason I have ever ordered from here is the steak and cheese (which they make on a plug in hot plate). All the rest of the food is garbage. They use poor quality ingredients so all food is bland and cheap tasting. The pizza is bland and gross. I recently ordered a sandwich for delivery and the steak was ice cold. The cheese was unmelted and on the outside of the bread. When I called to complain, the woman was extremely rude, interrupted me nonstop, and called me an ahole and said not to order from there if I didn't like it. Unbelievably unprofessional and rude. The pic is after I stuck the cheese back in the bread. If you want pizza, Warren house of pizza and classic pizza in Bristol are way way better. This place is trash.
