I went to Ferns and Flowers with my Mom quite a few years ago, and the food and atmosphere were both fantastic. The furniture seemed antique, so it was almost like stepping back in time. It was like having lunch in someone's beautiful living room in the early 1900's. (My Mom kept pretending that she was talking with ghosts at the next table! We were quite silly.) From what I have seen online, it looks like the restaurant has closed, and I am very sad to see that. I will call the number just in case there is a mistake, because I would like to go there again. On the way out, there was actually a little area that sold beautiful jewelry. My mother had me pick out a pair of earrings for Christmas, and I still cherish them today. I wish we could go back.
