First time visiting friendly wait staff.Clean.Variety on menu.Variety of sauces from mild to hot.Taste tested the sauces.Liked the fact you can buy the sauce by the jar.T shorts really nice to buy as well.Hard to fine good barbecue.Pickled beets very good.It was really hard to cw decide what to order because everything being served looked so good.It was delicious & I am going back taking a friend & I have bragging rights now.

This is spot I have been searching for for 80 years ! The first BBQ joint to to do what my grandfather
could do in the mountains. You can taste the HOG. Lightly smoked with either Cherry ,Apple or both. Just the right amount of rub smoked for perfect amount of time. This guy knows how to BBQ "OLD SKOOL" Thank God.
The beans were the best I've had in 50 years, Obviously slow cooked under them butts to catch
even the squeal ! My hats off to you. Thank You ! Jadeans for bringing back those memories of authentic Southern BBQ.
