I would recommend caution when visiting the new, busy Ukrop's location, as it tends to get crowded due to its larger size. The store's placement at the end of the shopping center, only accessible by passing through other stores, can make for an awkward entrance and exit experience. While I've enjoyed exploring Ukrop's during my time in Richmond, I've noticed some drawbacks such as the lack of clear indicators for open cash registers and a layout that can be challenging to navigate, especially when transitioning to the takeout cart lanes.
