The pickel Barrel is closed as of 3-01-2023 due to lost lease building sold. Sorry to see it gone.

I have given this restaurant many opportunities to do better, but today was my last try. It was midday. Service was, and has been many times before today, just awful. Waited 30 minutes for drinks (no refill offered for coffee) and waited an hour and twenty minutes for food, which ended up with wrong items. Last Sunday was similar. Waitress seemed uninterested in helping us or explaining our long wait. Even rolls would have been appreciated for my three grandsons while we waited. Really wanted this restaurant to do better, as it's close to my house.

We have eaten there at least 5 times and the food, service and atmosphere are worth a visit. We have never been disappointed with anything that we have ordered and yes, the have the best fried pickles!

While We did an estimated Reservation of 10 people to Celebrate My Mom's 84th Birthday We did have 6 extra Guests The Lady That came Out was rather Rude It really made us uncomfortable Sorry to Pickle Barrel However Our African American Family Has Nothing but LOVE and Respect for ALL that we Incounter

Great place to eat! My friends and I have breakfast there every Sunday since the Pickel Barrel opened. The restaurant is clean with plenty of space to accommodate customers and large groups. The food is good at a reasonable price. The staff is professional. I recommend that everyone try the Pickel Barrel.
