I've been a regular at this Vietnamese restaurant for years, but the building looks like it's stuck in the 1800s without any updates. The surrounding area is littered with trash and frequented by homeless individuals, which can be a downside. Despite the dated atmosphere, the food is always fresh, the staff is friendly, and the owner is caring. Overall, it's a great spot for a tasty meal, even if the surroundings could use some improvement.
