A few months ago, my coworkers and I were excited to see the "coming soon" sign for Estelle Bakery and Patisserie across from the Golden 1 Arena, and after a soft opening visit where we enjoyed delicious pastries and coffee from Insight Coffee, I left eager to return once they start making everything in-house.
