I have been going to this Caffino for 3 years and prior to that I went to the other store on San Juan & Madison. These 2 stores are owned by the same person. About 6 months ago I met the owner for the first time. As i pulled up to the drive thru she was running around inside very stressed out. She was very rude and complaining about the state of her business & how she was having money problems. This woman knows nothing of customer service. She treats people as if they are an inconvenience to her day. Over time I learned to accept this as just her way. Her employees are always very friendly and have a smile for the customers. 2 days ago I had informed the owner that her credit card machine had charged me twice. I told her that i would bring in a print out. She was very rude and when I failed to bring the printout in she called me a liar! I have the proof, I will post it on the Internet if need be, but really? a liar? I hope this woman understands that I make $50,000 a year and $3.00 wasn't the point and she way she treated me was awful.
