They don't cook their food. Last night I was there and they told me that doughy crust is normal. I've ordered more pizzas than I can remember from this store and had so many occasions where the pizza needed to be cooked longer. If I want take and bake, I'll go to Papa Murphy's. I am NOT recommending this store. When you show management that the pizza is undercooked, they won't replace it with a properly cooked pizza.
