The first time I went to Deseret grill, I had a nice experience, the food was good and service was fine. But the second time I had to wait for over 45 minutes. There were two employees but alot of take out orders. I feel they should have told us there would be more than a 30 minute wait. If they had told us that we would have chosen to come there another time.
The food is great but if you have not ordered ahead i guess you are at the bottom of the orders.
More employees or a separate place for take out . I feel they owe me something like coupons for the wait I had.
