I had the absolute worst 😫 experience ever!
👂They did not make my special order that I came in and ordered the day before .
👂The owner emberessed his darling and so exceptionally dumbfounded store girl
👂When I realized my order was not made and started grabbing from the case that would not replace my custom order the owner over the phone debated me over charging me more for his mistake over the phone as I stand in his store and he is making me late for my event.
👂This person on the phone who is no longer a gentleman who did not make his customer happy over a small dollar amount will lose LOTS OF BUSINESS
👂I don't have time to waste negative energy, trust me!
