The restaurant has been taken over by new owners who previously worked at Cinco De Mayo, maintaining the Oaxacan menu under the new name "El Tule". It stands out as a rare find between Portland and Salem, offering authentic Oaxacan cuisine like tlayudas, with the friendly staff adding to the welcoming atmosphere. I enjoyed a delicious beef tlayuda and chicken mole, finding it to be a preferred spot over others in Woodburn, and I look forward to returning for breakfast entomatadas and enfrijoladas, along with their handmade tortillas.
