The food at Shari's is exceptional, and the waitstaff go above and beyond in providing excellent service. However, it is disappointing that the owner does not prioritize adequately staffing the restaurant, expecting one waitress to handle all aspects of service in a busy environment is unfair and unacceptable.

Ordered a Shari s hamburger with cheddar cheese on a bun for 10.99 dollars. The waiting time was long. The hamburger came overcooked, dry and blackened like shoe leather. The cheese was dry and the bun was burnt and flat. The worst experience ever

Not Cooked correctly. Will not eat there again.
