After a long break, my family and I have returned to the Sierra for dinner about once a month, and we eagerly anticipate each visit. The variety on the menu keeps us exploring new dishes, and the warm hospitality from Jorge and Maria makes every meal feel special. With delicious homemade food, refreshing margaritas, and a welcoming atmosphere, it truly feels like a little piece of home.

After a long break, we've returned to the Sierra for dinner about once a month, and it never fails to impress us with its extensive and delicious menu. The warm hospitality from Jorge and Maria, along with the cozy atmosphere and fantastic food, consistently makes it a highlight of our dining experiences.

I have been here many times. I always make a reservation because this restaurant is always busy with the locals. They always called my Mom "Mama" and were super respectful to both my parents. One year my parents asked me what I wanted for Christmas. Because I lived out of the area but LOVE their burritos I asked for a fajita burrito from Sierra's. They put it in a to go tinfoil container which I was able to freeze and take out when I wanted to have it.

Their burritos are so big that typically I don't add any sides. However if you're a really hearty eater or want to take 1/2 your burrito away for later, then you don't need the sides. You have your choice of salsas and glaucamola while you wait, with more added with your meal if you wish. There are also dessert options.

Between the courtesy displayed and the quality of food, I would always recommend this restaurant for anyone who love Mexican. To those who say the salsa is too hot, they didn't ask for a mild one for the children! They would've brought you that. Their red salsa is hot their green chili is mild and lovely. Remember, too, that Mexican food, just like American food has regional flavours.
