Marion from Myriad Cake Design offers a variety of treats, from cake truffles to ice cream sandwiches, at the Salem Farmers Market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. I had the pleasure of tasting a lemon curd cake truffle and a white chocolate macadamia nut ice cream sandwich, both of which were delicious and made with high-quality ingredients.
