Tokyo City has undergone a remarkable transformation with new ownership. The menu has been updated and now features delicious options like PHO and fried shrimp. I've been back multiple times to enjoy the revamped dishes, especially the tasty new sandwich my husband loves. The warm welcome and fast service make it a great choice after a day of shopping.
