The recent closing of a beloved downtown spot saddened me deeply, as it had truly rejuvenated the city atmosphere with its creative menu and friendly service. The owners' journey from fine dining servers to successful restaurant proprietors was inspiring, and their dedication to providing reasonably priced, delicious food in a welcoming environment was truly commendable.
